Nighttime Visibility Studies can be performed using both photography or videography to capture the lighting conditions and visibility available to a driver.

Nighttime cases can require an understanding of the lighting conditions at an accident scene, and the effect that this lighting has on the driver’s visibility of other vehicles, pedestrians, or objects at the accident scene. Kineticorp has developed an expertise in demonstrating visibility conditions at the time of the accident through the use of calibrated video, photographic equipment and high-dynamic range imaging methods in nighttime visibility studies. These visibility studies lay the groundwork for understanding what scene features were visible, and at what time during the accident sequence they became visible.
